Austin is a launch city. If you are bringing a product, a pop-up, or a full experiential build to town, the venue is half the campaign. Here are three of ours built for takeovers, and the kind of activation each does best.

A blank-canvas build: 62 East
An open-air lot in the Rainey Street District with no fixed footprint, and that is the point. Bring your own structures, signage, and layout, and shape the space around the concept instead of the other way around. It suits markets, festivals, product launches, and large-scale builds. Capacity is custom because the footprint is yours to design.

A built-in crowd: Bar Fino
A cocktail patio and bar with covered outdoor space and room for up to 800. Bar Fino hands an activation a ready-made audience and a real bar program, so your brand lands somewhere people already want to be. It flips from daytime, with its Fleet Coffee and La Santa Barbacha mornings, to a full evening takeover, and it has hosted activations like Body Language and Tread Lightly.

Scale and a blueprint: Victory Lap West Campus
The flagship at 504 W 24th St, steps from campus, with 2,000-plus capacity, a Bar Yard that holds 1,300-plus, and an in-house kitchen in The Diner. This is the room for a full brand takeover, and there is a track record to prove it: Poppi drenched the yard in color, Barebells rolled in a custom-wrapped tour bus and branded every screen, and Athletes First ran a stage activation with a full sponsor lineup. If you want a large, young, engaged audience, start here.
What a takeover usually includes
Branded signage and screens, a reserved footprint or full buyout, food and drink built into the package, and a programming team that has run these before. The details scale with the size of the activation.
Lead time matters
Standard events want 2 to 4 weeks; large builds and full buyouts want 4 to 6 weeks or more, and the biggest dates go first. The earlier you start, the more of the space and the calendar you can claim.
Start the build
Each venue page has a Book This Venue button to our events team. Send the concept, the dates, and your headcount, and we will map it to the right space.
