Twelve floors up in the Paseo, Amaya pairs a downtown view with a shareable, seasonal menu and seats up to 140. The rooftop suits corporate dinners, milestones, and receptions, with weather backup built in so the view is a feature, not a gamble.
Cocktails and covered patio: Bar Fino
A cocktail patio and bar with covered outdoor space, Bar Fino handles up to 800 and shifts from a laid-back happy hour to a full brand takeover. Its mornings program with Fleet Coffee and La Santa Barbacha also makes it a rare daytime option on the street.
Live music and multiple floors: Clive
Three floors and room for up to 800. Built for events that want a soundtrack: after-parties, music-forward activations, and buyouts that need more than one vibe under one roof.
Game day: Victory Lap Rainey
The Rainey outpost seats up to 225 and lives for a watch party, with screens everywhere and a First Thursday silent disco.
A blank canvas: 62 East
An open-air lot in the Rainey Street District with no fixed footprint. Bring your own build: markets, festivals, brand activations, or large-scale gatherings. Capacity is custom because the space is whatever you make it.
