Always Something Food Truck Park, AustinThree days over F1 weekend
Mini Cooper Takeover
Mini Cooper USA took over the Always Something lot on Rainey Street for all three days of F1 weekend.

The story
Mini Cooper USA turned the Always Something lot into a Mini world for F1 weekend, with a branded trailer, a merch wall, and a DJ playing from a Mini's sunroof. The resident food trucks kept serving, so guests could eat, drink, and stay a while.
Guests customized merch on site, took photos with the car, and left with Mini giveaways. Saturday closed it out with free coffee and tire-shaped chocolate donuts from The Salty Donut, plus a fireside chat with Charlie Cooper, grandson of John Cooper, the racing legend behind the Mini Cooper name.

Plan something like this
Questions to bring to our events team.
- Can we bring vehicles onto the lot, and where can they park for display?
- What does a multi-day activation need for overnight security and storage?
- What power is available for a DJ, lighting, and merch equipment?
- Can we bring in an outside food or coffee partner alongside the resident trucks?
- What permitting is needed for a large activation on the lot?
- Can we program a talk or panel during the day?
