Victory Lap West Campus, AustinF1 weekend
Cadillac F1 Weekend Takeover
The Cadillac Formula 1 Team rebranded Victory Lap West Campus top to bottom for F1 weekend.

The story
For F1 weekend, the Cadillac Formula 1 Team made Victory Lap its home base in West Campus. Every guest-facing surface carried the brand, from the marquees out front to the bar menu, while the yard kept doing what it does best: big crowds, live music, and the game on the big screen.
The centerpiece was the team's F1 car, parked on the turf as a walk-up photo op. A Jim Beam signature cocktail menu, custom Cadillac F1 hats and bandanas, and a live band on the yard stage kept guests around from the afternoon into the night.
What they branded
- Both marquees, with custom messages like "Everything's Faster in Texas" and "Touchdowns & Checkered Flags"
- Street-facing shipping container wrap
- Cadillac F1 flags and bandanas throughout the venue
- Signature cocktail menu with Jim Beam: Golden Mullet, Frozen Golden Mullet, Jalisco Highba11, and Jim Beam & Lemonade
- Branded bar and merch station with custom Cadillac F1 hats
- QR signage for a guest giveaway
- The F1 car on display in the Bar Yard

Plan something like this
Questions to bring to our events team.
- Which signage can we take over: marquees, the street-facing container, flags, bar fronts?
- What lead time do marquee messages and large-format wraps need?
- Can we bring a vehicle or large display onto the turf, and how does load-in work?
- Can we build a signature cocktail menu with a spirits partner?
- Can the yard stage and screens run our content or a live act?
- What does a full buyout look like compared to a partial takeover on a game day weekend?
